This past weekend was annoying, except Friday was ok because I helped Jenna babysit at her sister's house, then slept over there. Went home Saturday and it sucked because I had all these final essays and shit I had to finish for this week. Wicked dumb....I don't know why they save all of this stuff for the end of the year-you have literally NO motivation whatsoever.
OMG finally done with French which excites me SOOO MUCH!!!!!!! I was so joyous today over that haha :D
Anyway, finals are this week and they suck as usual but the days are short so it's all good. Monday I had an English final which wasn't too bad, then I got to leave because I already took my final in Developmental Bio. I came back to the school though later for a track banquet which was wicked short haha-we were done within a half hour or so. Today I had French and History-French we had to give a 3 minute speech without notecards which suckedddd but I didn't do too bad except for a few times I kind of forgot stuff but other than that I did ok. The history final was CRAP because some of the stuff on it we never learned and some of it was really in depth and you can't expect to remember EVERYTHING you've learned about history. I barely finished my essay-none of us had time to really do good on it. But whateverrrrrr, maybe he'll scale it. Hopefully I didn't suck too bad on it :P
Today I had to go to my dad's school after finals and I helped out in this 2nd grade class of a teacher I know and it was so fun haha. Plus I got free food because it was someone's birthday 8-) Whoopie pies and cupcakes woooo haha. Maybe I should be a 2nd grade teacher....
I've got some Underclass Awards Banquet tomorrow night and I still have NO idea who is giving me an award. It's gonna be interesting...

Ok, so I hate this rain! School is almost out and the weather should be nice GAH.
I guess it describes the weeks events....I have SO much final stuff to do and projects and essays, I'm literally not going to have a life this weekend because I'll be doing all this crap. I just can't WAIT until finals are all over and I won't have to worry about all this crap grrrrr.
I got this thing in the mail where I'm invited to the Underclass Awards Banquet Thursday night but I still can't figure out what teacher would give me an award lol. I'm an average student, nothing outstanding. And I'm not like really buddy-buddy with any of them, so I really cannot figure it out and I want to know! lol Oh well....I guess I'll be surprised.
OMG 2 more class days of French and I'm DONE FOREVER!!! I can't believe how happy I am about this, but seriously that class was such torture I'm so relieved it's over WOO. I'd laugh SO hard if Madame gave me an award. I'd probably fall off the chair laughing because I cannot see WHY she'd give me an award because I hate that class and am always grumpy when I go in there-so I highly doubt it's her!
2 more class days then finals! Can't wait for it to end....ahhh I'm gonna be a SENIOR next year. That's so weird....but awesome and sad at the same time I guess.
Anyway, I'm off to do all this annoying crap. This week needs to be over like NOW lol. |

Hmm...so yesterday I went to Tiff's house after school then I went to graduation last night....it sucked that it was inside because it was SO packed with people and it was so hot. I ended up handing out programs in the auditorium instead because it was much cooler in there. Me, Maggie and Cyrus took this bench from out of the hall and snuck it into the back of the auditorium so we could sit on it haha. We watched it on a big screen. It was nice....sad though because they'll be gone! And it's sad thinking that's ME next year....I seriously have no idea where the time went it's crazy. I left graduation and came home and went to bed because I had friggin' SATs this morning GAH! It was so frustrating. I literally rolled out of bed and went. It was from about 8-1 and it was SO tiring. It went by faster than I thought, but halfway into it my eyes starting hurting from reading so much stuff and I got so sore from sitting. When it was over I was so relieved but I was out of it....wicked wicked tiring!
Later I went to Lindsay's grad party...I haven't seen her in a while so it was good. Met all these Oakmont people which was cool haha. I left there and now I'm back here being wicked bored haha.
Hmm....I guess I'll just listen to some sweet music and chillllll. |

Yesterday was kind of a sucky day....I had a final in Developmental Bio first period, then a part of a test the next period, then a test last period and GAH I don't know everything was so rushed and hurried. After school I had to make up ANOTHER test because I missed class for Field Day, and then my dad had to go to Pepperell to visit someone and I was with him for like an hour just waiting to get home. I didn't get home until around 6, then I had a haircut at 7:30, and yeahhh it was just nonstop all day. It's gonna be like that the rest of the week too, with SATs on Saturday too. That's gonna suckkk gahh.
Today wasn't too bad, except I went for a physical at school so I'll be covered for the fall, and apparently I have "scoliosis" (which I just looked up the spelling and its definition is: Abnormal lateral curvature of the spine.). I'm not surprised since my mom has it and my grandma has it, but it's minor so I really don't care because it doesn't affect me right now....it'll probably affect me later because my mom is always complaining about her back aching so yeah lol. I'm gonna have to go get it checked out blahhh. Oh well, that's one of the only "health" problems I have I guess, so I should be lucky. I do have a heart murmur, but that like doesn't affect me at all so whatever.
My dad got me out of study today and we went to Pepperell and got ice cream. That was sweet-I wish I could do that every day haha. It'd be so sweet if we could leave during study all the time.
Graduation is tomorrow which is sad! I can't believe it's already here. I'm an usher at the thing tomorrow night. It's going to suck so bad because it's in the gym and not everyone can fit in there, so some people have to go to classrooms and watch it on the TVs in there. How dumb is that?!?! I'd HATE it if I couldn't see my kid's graduation-like, be in the same room. It's going to be so crowded-I don't even know if I'll be able to get in but I'm going to try since my dad is going.

| Yayyy nice weather |

This weekend was perfect because of the weather. Makes me extremelyyyy lazy though.
So Sunday Amy and I went to the driving range and sucked horribly haha. I had a few good hits using my 5 iron, but I must say I'm going to need wayyy more practice. I wish I didn't suck horribly at golf haha because I have a nice set of clubs I need to use. She ended up sleeping over....we had a nice little bonfire chat together out in my backyard, and we watched movies in the garage. Kind of a neat little bonding time!
Hmm...didn't do much of anything yesterday. Amy left in the morning and then I went for a 2 mile run which made me sweat SO bad. It was so nice out yesterday though. After my run I stuck my head in the freezer for a little bit to cool off haha. I find that works.
Today was wicked sweet because I only went to A block class in the morning and then left to go to Field Day at my dad's school with BClark, BFlats, Kaitlin, Jamo, and Allie. Jamo and I ran the capture the flag station and we had about 6 classes for a few hours, each of them rotating. Some of the classes were really easy to split into two teams and to explain the rules, but a few were so annoying. One class was really high maintenance. We took like 10 minutes just getting them into two teams. By the time they were all ready they only had 3 minutes to play haha. Makes me think "wow elementary teachers have to deal with a LOT." Gahh I don't know if I could handle it haha. I like little kids, but after a while I got a headache haha. Some of them were really amusing though. One kid asked Jamo: "Are you from outer space?" Then some other kid asked me if I was a soccer player-I said "No, I'm a track runner." So the rest of the class started referring to me as track runner. When they left they were like "Bye track runner!" Another kid was guarding the flag and said "I wish I was a chicken" so for the rest of the time we started referring to him as "Chicken Boy." Haha, yeahhhh today was fun :P We got to eat lunch in the cafeteria and we got chicken nuggets which were to DIE for-way better than our school's. It was funny eating with all the little kids in the room-there's this stop light thing that turns red when they have to stop talking for the teacher to talk, and green to signal that they can. Then there's a yellow light which I believe tells them to start getting ready to go to recess. I always wished our school did that.
After lunch we checked in back at the school with notes so we could leave for the rest of the day....Allie drove me, Jamo, and Kaitlin to Nashua and we went to the mall haha. We didn't feel like going back to our last two classes. Got a few things there and some really good candy, and then I came back to the school, met my dad, and left and now I'm back here dreading studying for my french test because I know it's going to suck majorly. GAH I really cannot WAIT for school to end.
So yeah....today was definately a wicked fun day and it makes me really REALLY wish it was summer already! |

| Long time no update! |

I keep neglecting the journal. Why is that? I do not know.
Anyway, track season has come to an end sadly yet kind of happily I guess, saying as summer is ALMOST here finally! I really can't wait. This nice weather makes me not think about school and I procrastinate haha. Oh well, only a few more weeks thankfully.
We had Relay for Life a week ago....it was kind of fun. Except I froze my ass off all night. A game of wiffleball on the football field at 3am when a lot of people were asleep was definately fun-something I've never done before. We stayed up the entire night except finally around 4ish Jenna and I went back to the tent to try and stay warm but it didn't work so around 5 we just went back to her house and practically fell asleep on the floor lol. Pretty amusing. The next day I went home, slept the entire day, and ended up getting sick with a fever and a cold. So...staying up all night in the cold probably wasn't a good idea! But whatever...it was still fun. I didn't go to school Monday because I still felt like crap.
Yesterday was my last track meet at Fitchburg State. It was state qualifiers and I didn't qualify for states haha but that's ok! I still got my personal best in the 400. I ran a 64.9 and I was shooting to break 65 so I finally did! I did even better in the 4x4. I started off and my split ended up being a 63 so I was reallllly excited about that! We ended up winning the 4x4 in our heat. We were ranked as having a 4:44 relay time but we beat it by about 20 seconds and ran a 4:28, each of us all running under 70. I was so happy for us! Me, Jess, Beth, and Corey. We all did really well and that'll definately be our relay team next year. We ended up placing 10th overall. I used these weird blocks that my old coach from Gardner let me use to run the 400 and I really think it helped me get a good start and get my time down. He gave me a lot of workout stuff to do this past week and he helped me SO much.
Right now I'm being wicked lazy and am probably going to stop being lazy since it's REALLY nice out. I'm going to a driving range later with Ames haha I KNOW I'm going to suck I haven't golfed in a while but whatever! I'm just going to laugh at myself the whole time WOO.

GAH I haven't updated....anyway, this week was pretty interesting. We had a track meet on Monday at Milford and we lost and then Thursday we had a meet against Shrewsbury and lost again lol. I think it's because we don't have a lot of girls out for it and so many people play lacrosse that it's crazy sooo yeah that's why we keep losing haha because we go against teams that have like 60 girls SOO big! Monday I got 2nd in the 400, then Thursday I got 3rd in the 400 and helped win the 4x4 relay. GAH I only need to run a 65.0 to run at the state qualifying meet, but Thursday I ran a 65.9! I was so mad haha. I'm hoping Monday I can get down to 65 flat. All I need is to kill some tenths of a second!
Last night I saw the RED SOX! It was a wicked awesome game. They won 6-3 against Baltimore. Jenna and I went and we met some people she knew there-they ended up leaving early though. A bunch of drunk people were behind us lol. Some 25-30 year old tried to hit on us which was CREEPY haha. After the game Jenna and I were able to push our way through people really well to get out of there-it took us like maybe 10-15 minutes to get back out to Yawkey Way, which is pretty good considering if you walk normal pace it'd probably take you like a half hour-45 minutes. I'd just grab onto her sweatshirt and she'd be like "Ok, ready, set, GO!" and then we'd weave in and out of groups of people haha. It was pretty amusing.
This morning I went golfing with my sister's boyfriend haha (my sister is 31!) at Templewood. He helped me with my swing and whatnot-I sucked at first because I haven't done it in a while but after a while I was able to get back into the swing of things-I hit a few good ones. Some were so bad-I lost a few in the woods haha. I kept hitting to the left.
Today I've just been hanging out relaxing and whatnot...this week was pretty busy. GAH I can't wait for school to end! I want summer SO bad. I think once the seniors leave the rest of the schoolyear will go by a lot faster. I think it'll be a lot easier.
GAH I'm so hungry I need food so I'm gonna go!
Ok so I just realized how many times I used "GAH" in this entry. I really love that word-it can be used as a positive or negative connotation. Pretty sweet 8-) |

This week went by fasttttt. I can't believe it's Thursday. It's usually like that after vacation which is good!
Hmm...what happened this week....
Nothing much really. Yesterday we had a track meet at Fitchburg-we lost but not by a lot! I placed second in javelin, first in the 400, and helped win the 4x4 as an anchor. The 4x4 was so sweet-we were behind and then really caught up which was awesome. Haha I threw discus and sucked which was so funny. I think I'm just gonna do it from now on anyway as a joke 8-)
I've come to the conclusion that I don't want to play field hockey next year-I think it'd be a waste of time. I really want to concentrate on running, and I think cross country would be really good. I really really really want to get my time down some in the 400, so maybe I can do it in college which would be really sweet! I'd like to throw javelin too if I could...but I don't know. All I know is, track makes me happy, happier than field hockey. So I'm gonna stick with that!
Today we had some college fair at school. A lot of the colleges there were wicked small though and I wasn't really into a lot of them. I looked at UMass Amherst, UConn, UMass Dartmouth, and Quinnipiac. I think Quinnipiac looks really cool....I wanna take a tour there soon. I went down to that college fair like 4 times-got out of class which was sick. It was small so I looked at everything like 3 times but I just basically wanted to get out of class haha. The Marine table was making everyone do a certain number of pushups to get free stuff-a lot of guys won t-shirts and crap haha. I got free stuff from some bank table-a frisbee and a keychain. It was pretty sweet. I played frisbee with people before math started but then stopped when Pagington yelled at me haha.
So yeah....boys are bothering me lately. Some-not all! GRR they make me so mad sometimes!
Red Sox game next Friday! SOOO excited! It's gonna be awesome. Can't wait! |

GRR vacation is coming to an end....really sad about it. The weather was so nice this week that I felt like it was summer. It's sad that tomorrow is the last day because I feel like I'm already on summer vacation. College people are lucky...half of them are out really soon! Makes me SO mad. School just drags on and onnnnn. It seems like it's never going to end!
Today was amusing. I went with Beth to Dartmouth College to watch a girl we know throw the javelin for UVM. She did pretty well....I think she threw her furthest. It was Division 1 and some of the girls weren't throwing any farther than I do...so I'm going to look into throwing in college! I think it'd be wicked fun. We walked around randomly too...watched a Dartmouth-Yale baseball game, looked at shops and whatnot. It was pretty fun. Beth wanted to look at Dartmouth too because she's wicked smart and probably could get in unlike me haha. I'm a little dumber 8-)
So yeah...this week was definately fun...don't want it to end. I saw people I haven't seen in forever, made new friends, did a bunch of random things...I don't know, it was just good! I just want it to be summer SO bad now. It'll hopefully be here soon though!
Even though this week was fun, I have a few things bothering me I'm trying not to worry about....family stuff, I don't know. Someone I was really close to, we're kind of drifting apart and it's just hard to deal with it. Oh well....:-/ School will start up again, maybe that'll help me get it off my mind. |

| Vacation! |

Haven't updated this lol anyway, vacation is going good.....really good actually. The weather has been perfect. So what have I done?
Thursday: Hung out with Adam and took him out for Chinese food haha
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning: Stayed in Orono, Maine (wayyy up in Maine, about 5 hours from my house!) to take a tour of UMaine...I loved it so much. It's definately one of my top choices. Of course I'll look at other schools too lol. I liked the small town of Orono...there were places to eat and stuff, and the campus was nice. I don't really want to be in a big town, I like the small towns and country-like campuses as opposed to a big city campus.
Monday: Went to a track practice at GHS-it was definately fun to see everyone I haven't seen in soooo long. Then later I went to the movies with Amy-I hadn't seen her in like 7 months! It was awesome to hang out again.
Tuesday: Track practice at GHS again then bowling with Amy haha...then we went to the playground because we were wicked bored
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Track, track, track lol Haven't done a whole lot these past few days except running and sleeping haha.
Beth is coming over later and then tomorrow we're going to a track meet at Dartmouth College. Should be interesting!
Oh yeah, Alden and I are gonna make a movie and enter it in Filmapalooza next year. Anyone that wants to be in it let us know!

Argh this week is going by sooooo slow. I want vacation to come!
Hmm...so what's new with me?....oh yeah Thursday we had a track meet at Algonquin. We got killed but they're wicked good anyway. I got 3rd place in the javelin so hey, I contributed at least one point! lol. This weekend we had PROM which wasn't too bad-I had some fun. It was in Rindge, NH. I think it could have been funner but I'm glad I at least went-it was still fun. Kind of wish I had had a date....lol Oh well whatever. A bunch of us slept over Nikki Flan's house after which was pretty fun too. Sunday I got home around 12 and slept til 5. I slept like all afternoon. Oh well I definately needed it. I stayed up until 5 the night before gahhh so tired!
Yesterday we had a track meet home against Leominster. I got first in the javelin and first in the 400. Hopefully I can keep it up! I got home and I was so tired that I fell asleep on my bed with my track clothes still on lol so I woke up this morning in my track uniform haha.
Today we had a field trip thing to the Bayside Expo Center in Boston for a college fair. We all pretty much just went to get out of school. I got some good info on colleges and whatnot though. I think I want to go to UMaine but I don't know yet. I taking a tour there this weekend and staying in Bangor for the weekend. Hopefully it'll be good.

I haven't used this journal hardly ever so I started to use it again today....ok so here we go!
This week seems soooo longggg. I already feel like it's Wednesday but it's only Tuesday. Wicked annoyinggg.
Aww in developmental bio today the chicks hatched from their eggs and they're so cute! We watched one hatch which was neat, but there were others in an incubator that we got to hold. They were so adorable. It was scary though because I thought I was gonna drop it or crush it if I held it the wrong way but they seemed to be ok. One tried pecking at my hand but it didn't hurt because they're so little lol. You can take them home-I want to sneak one home but obviously that's not gonna happen haha.
My math teacher is getting a little weirdddd. Yesterday he handed me a homework paper back and I guess we were supposed to correct our answers-anyway, I didn't so he wrote on the top of the paper "You should correct your answers. Gatsby will understand." At first I was like WTF because I had been reading The Great Gatsby for English so I asked him what that was all about and he was like "Oh well one time I saw you looking at your book so I thought that'd be funny to write on your paper." I seriously don't remember looking at it so it was a little weird that he would know that...he can be such a dork though lol. Ok, so it gets a little creepier when today he says to me "Hey you know Julia Roberts sister Emma?" I'm like "ummm no...". Then he says "Well I was watching a thing on TV last night and your voice sounds a lot like hers." ????? Ok, I'm sorry, but that's just weirddd... He's so dorky in front of the whole class though. Today he tried to get us to sing the "Pop goes the weasel" tune using the quadratic formula so we'd remember it. Pretty much everyone refused lol. The people in the class though make it very amusing. I must say I find it enjoyable going to that class every day, even if he can be odd at times.
I'm so excited-Jenna got Sox tickets for us and 2 other people May 5. Wicked pumped! Can't wait to go.
I've got a track meet on Thursday and I'm not really as excited as I thought I would be....I don't feel like I'm in as good of shape. Today we ran 2 300s and 2 200s, and I felt so drained after it. I couldn't even function. People would talk to me and it was hard to almost comprehend it lol. My legs KILLED and I don't know...I felt kind of sick. But after a while it went away. I don't know, I was probably thinking about it too much lol. I'm just nervous to run Thursday and I don't know why...Starting Friday I'm putting myself on a strict program. I wanna beat that 400 school record!! We definately NEED more javelin throwers-I'm the only girl! I'm gonna be facing like 7 Algonquin girls. Someone better do it! lol
Ok so I gotta go finish homework so I'm peacing out for now <3 |
